We do not allow hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable items, or illegal items to be stored in our units. Please refer to your rental agreement for a full list of prohibited items.
You will need a government issue ID - Drivers License, Passport, or Canadian residents number. You will also need an accepted payment: VISA, Mastercard, or e-transfer.
No, you are not required to have insurance to cover the contents of the unit. However, we are not responsible for damage to items stored. You can contact your home insurance company to add the value of contents to that policy.

You are more then welcome to bring your own lock. However, we do have locks here that you can purchase. To purchase a lock from us, please contact us at 519-949-7778.
The initial payment of the first month can be made through the website with a VISA, Debit Visa, or Mastercard at the time of booking the unit. You can also send an e-transfer to railwayselfstorage@gmail.com
All other month payments are due the 1st of the month by login into your account on the website to pay by credit card or you can send an e-transfer.
Automatic Payments can also be set up to take out the guess work or remembering to pay each month. This can be done at the time the lease is set up.
